We had a customer with a patented Product; however, the patent did not stop the copies and the market became flooded by products out of china. The company was situated in Germany and was the holder of a world wide patent, but had not enough power to work against the copying companies in china. We looked for the best copy and approached the company with the idea to join and buy the patent for China, they did and started defending the Chinese patent, and we did the same in Europe with our patent, that was the beginning of a fruitful intercontinental Partnership.
